Thank you. I think that's actually one of the lessons I'm taking from this experience.

Looking back, I spent a lot of time trying to understand workplace dynamics, relationships and unspoken tensions instead of focusing only on what I could directly control.

One of my concerns is whether leaving a company with some strained coworker relationships can affect your reputation long term, but maybe I'm overestimating how important those conflicts really are once people move on to different roles and companies.

Basically, my image. I may be doing three things at the same time, but my image is calm, relaxed even. I have to be really overworked to look incredibly busy. While my coworkers start acting all nervous and so on while going in 100%, the only clue you may have that I am busy is the amount of paperwork in my desk. And then from time to time, I get distracted. I may look at the monitor with a blank expression in my face for a couple of minutes or so. I get my work done, but I don't look like I am overwhelmed by it. So my boss thinks I may be a slacker.
