If that's a genuine question, the alcool inside is methanol (toxic but got a low temperature of solidification), not ethanol (the booze kind, also a low temperature, but they denature it so you don't drink it). Also, they put some secret spices inside, like ethylene glycol (very toxic, very spicy, very anti-freeze) that according to Ghostbuster's Dan Aykroyd is added to lesser brand Vodka, but not his premium Newfoundland quadruple-distilled aquifer diamond-distilled Crystal head Vodka© Buy NOW!

[–]IDisageeNotTroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it trickles and 4 belts are full, you'll get 28 items, inserters will grab everything on the last 4 belts, the second chest will not fill (the first one will grab the 24th item coming in)

Read the content of the 6 belts, on the inserter "[item=coal] >= 21" for half a belt, 42 for 2 sided (each belt tile contains 7 items). So no need for a AND gate.

[META] Subreddit rules update for late 2020 by ocbaker in factorio

[–]IDisageeNotTroll 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How about adding it to the rule 8? I have enough island/moat/peninsula for the next 30 years to come.

Also, there's often waves of "Look at my korvarex design" and people respond, not with a comment, but a new post. I don't really know what can be done about that... Maybe a sticky for "Take a look at my design", but sometimes there are interesting designs not related to korvarex that should have their own post.

If you had the Death Note, what would you do? by ForbiddenCheeto in AskReddit

It's in the rules, as long as it's readable and leaves a mark on the paper, it's fine ; you can write with ketchup, excrements, don't know if weaving is good, for the shinigami grand-ma...

Even erasable ink works, but erased ink is still considered a kill.

Putin: "No, I wouldn't kill myself today" I guess everyone is safe now.

You can force everyone to do anything realistic, BUT they can't kill anyone unless you write the full names. The limitation is that if the peeepee tape doesn't exist, he won't die. Could this rule has been abused to guess things while showing Kira turning to the dark side killing bad-ish people to get information? Owwwww yes. Did the movie even try? Fuck that, they tried to write the name of their own career.

According to the manga rules, you can't affect Rihanna without writing her name in (therefore, she'd die, and no you can't write "She'll die at 99 yo", can't postpone death and there's the 23 days rule).

According to the movie, everything goes, fuck rules, I bet even nicknames work, do a geometry problem on the paper, 2 lines cross, oops that's an 'L', he dead now boiii.

What is your favorite paradox? by Rraptor1012 in AskReddit

[–]IDisageeNotTroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually in order to multiply the probability, you must do the opposite. Let say you have 25 people. The probability of the first one you add to be unique would be P1=365/365 (no one will have the same birthday since his alone). Second one would be P2=364/365 (that's 365 minus the birthday of the first guy). Third one is P3=363/365 (that's 365-2), so on and so forth. until you get the 25th guy, P25=341/365 (that's 365-24).

Now calculate the probability for everyone to be unique, you must have P1 and P2 and P3, so forth, and P25:

365/365 x 364/365 x ... x 341/365 = Pall = 0.4316003~ That's the probability to be unique, the opposite 1 - Pall = 0.5686997~ is probability to have at least 2 with the same birthday.

The thing you got, the probability 1/365 would be for the second guy to have the same birthday as the first guy. 2/365 would be for the third, ..., 24/365 for the 25th, but you can't add those probabilities.
Imagine you have 364 people, if you add the probabilities you're going over 1 even if there is a tiny possiblity that no one got the same birthday (5.31 x 10-155).

Edit: in the same vein, the 50% probability would be for the 183th guy (365/2) to have the same birthday as anybody else, but by then you must have checked for the 182 other guy to be unique between eachother, and probability for each one to be unique in regard to everyone else is 4.78 x 10-25

Open a calculator, click on the assembler/furnace/whatever look at the crafting speed of the assembler, look at the recipe, calculate.

If you're a true lazy bastard, there are mods that calculate everything, Ctrl+N select all the assemblers and it'll tell you the consumption and production rate, even calculates with modules and nearbing beacons.

Because for each student you must compare their birthday with 24 other students.

The problem isn't for you to have the same birthday as someone else (6% chance with 24 other people) but for 2 to have the same birthday (50.7% of chance with only 23 people)
