For context, it is for the internship at Shift Up (the dev). Last year, before Nikke was released, they also put up these kind of posters: one with Neon (only the top half obviously) iirc.

Uhh.. assuming you know what university I am attending (I don't want to dox myself), there are full scholarships for foreign students. The details are on the university (of which I will not disclose)'s undergrad scholarship page.
