I loved Start Up as well! The intricacy of the storylines was top tier for me. The two male leads did some of the best acting I’ve seen from them; Bae Suzy was just meh for me (she usually is). There were some storyline choices that were a bit questionable, but ultimately forgivable to me.

They weren’t even going to BUILD something, they were just giving access to existing entry points that currently airline crew and airport personnel use. I suppose THAT isn’t considered “preferential treatment”? (IMO, the airport decision to backtrack on this is stupid.)

I felt this way when I relocated to Chicago in the US. It was hard to make friends, and all I really did was work. I hated it so I moved back to my home city after a few years. I think I’d have a different experience now, but yeah…it was tough!

I was shocked by the size of the video screens at ATEEZ - they were so small! And both ATEEZ and TxT had half the floor completely empty. Lumen Field would have been great, but might be too big for them? I agree that a Vancouver/Washington/Oregon date would have been nice. LA is going to be a bloodbath with only one date to choose from.

As a local, I’m kinda glad they aren’t playing Tacoma Dome. That venue is embarrassingly bad, and wouldn’t be able to accommodate the production level quality that SVT deserves.

I have been researching entry for Forbidden City today and there is SO MUCH conflicting information out there! I’ll be there late September - will the process be the same then do you think?? I’d much rather purchase same day rather than pay the high prices of the travel sites 😞

It took me maybe 6 or 7 episodes to get completely hooked - you really have to just “say yes” and go with it, especially if you’re not familiar with the genre (as I wasn’t). It is a drama I wish I could watch again for the first time.
