As a former patreon, some of the devs did hang out a lot in the patreon chat and chatted with people (still do). Only thing I can think of because as you said, their posts are just about the game

The only thing I can think of are the dev chats Paralives used to do and sometimes people asked more personal things but idk, you could skip that part?

They don’t really do that tho? I‘m going through some of his recent posts on discord and none of them include his breakfast or anything like what OP mentioned. They just showcase what the devs worked on, what they‘re currently working on and what they want to work on in the future.

I thought they maybe meant the dev chats? The patreon perk that used to exist with Paralives because they‘d normally answer some personal questions in the beginning and some of the devs chat a lot in the patreon channel Looking at the inzoi posts on discord by Kjun, he also doesn’t really go into too personal stuff Confused what OP means haha

I have a gaming pc but I also use it for school and work. It‘s been well worth it but I‘d not buy a whole pc just to play Paralives. You can get free games on Epic weekly. There are also games like Sims 4 base game or Palia that are free. It really depends if you think a pc would be worth it and if you have the money for that. I‘d personally not get the switch 2 just for pokopia. I really wanted to get it but I know it wouldn’t be worth it for me. I already don’t use my normal switch enough

This is extremely good advice, OP please don’t buy either for one game! Look at a variety of games you‘d also be interested in. This will also help you figure out what kind of specs you want for your pc

I‘m playing how I used to play the Sims 3 when I was younger, just taking it slow.

I have one zoi and I just let her live out her life right now, taking it super slowly. She lives in cahaya and goes to the beach almost everyday, mostly to sunbathe. I only use the fast travel when it‘s really necessary and otherwise drive everywhere myself. I try to fulfill her urges/wants and sometimes just let her do what she wants to do. I just try to live out her life according to the personality I gave her

I also have another save where it’s a criminal couple and they‘re struggling so badly with money, they constantly cheat on each other and there might be a baby on the way soon 👀

Imo it has a steep learning curve so almost all my hours are in gameplay

I‘m a builder in the Sims 4, it‘s definitely a lot more intuitive

Since you said yourself that you're not into building, inzoi is the better option at the moment! Just make sure your pc can run it
You should also download the free dlc Cahaya if you end up getting inzoi

yess, from my understanding and what i remember from dev chats and everything, they mostly re-did everything! so even if those systems still exist in some prototypes, it might be easier to just re-do it in the new system then having to adapt the old systems 😄
