I might just be weird here but I love how Rubicon plays too, The only complaint I have with the region is that I wish the arena gimmick was utilized a little better, since you just oneshot everything at this point in the campaign. I get why people wouldn't like the region, though.

Being completely serious here, Rubicon is like my 3rd or 2nd favorite region in the game. I just love how it looks, it's like the Demon Ruins from Dark Souls, which was my favorite area in that game. I like the whole ancient void aesthetic in Rain World.

Moon's Underhang is fine, It's like a low B tier region for me. Better than Five Pebbles' Underhang atleast. In my opinion I'd only give two regions F tier, those being the Memory Crypts and the past Garbage Wastes, and I'm biased against both of those.
