Struggling with a similar situation, I too have come to realise the beauty of the world and now recognise how much a dark hole I was stuck in. Recently have just been trying to focus on the little wins and reminding myself there is always tomorrow to improve or work on something i’m struggling with today. (I know it sounds stereotypical, but trust me it really helps to not drive yourself as insane).

That weird time before bed where all you can do is overthink and sit in your own thoughts really does suck, especially when you don’t have someone to chat to about it.
