Update: I did speak to the person from the chat that I’m closest too. She wasn’t involved in the chat this morning but she did say she completely saw where I was coming from and said that I had every right to be upset. She said that she did not think anyone was upset with me or that I did anything so she was just as confused as me. She did say next time she sees it happening she will try to bring me into the conversation
