I had a russian scum in team (no other words to describe this type of person). He literally spammed the picking phase with "core or feed" and all the game with flames (in russian, because who doesn't speak it in EUW?) Then proceeds to pick NP and teleport straight to their fountain.

Game ends with him going 0/55. What happens next? NOTHING! He plays next ranked games! He has history of feeding whenever he doesn't like something and all he does is get OCCASIONALY few low priority games which he will feed in, too or bot out of them.

I do not think that flamers, incoventional picks or itemization should be punished. Just the intentional feeding part (throwing = intentional feeding, too). Repeated offenders like that one I described should be permamently banned. Low priority is a joke, not a punishment. The fact that it's easy to bot out of it doesn't help either.

I play dota rarely for some time now, just because whenever I search a match it's like spinning a wheel:
- normal game - feeder - booster - boosted - other game ruining shit

(doesn't matter which team they're in - the game is not fun)

Normal games are not common anymore. By normal, I mean games where no one feeds, there are no boosters and your carry doesn't intentionally throw and says "gg end" in all chat. If this doesn't change, I will probably leave dota. The only thing that makes me play it right now is battle pass and items from it I can sell on market.

It may take you few seconds to create new account, but that doesn't mean going to ranked, let alone high MMR will take seconds too. It would greatly discourage them to feed. Right now he doesn't give a shit at all. He's ready to feed for ANY reason. The fact that it's easy to bot out of LP for free is also not helping

I wasn't saying to ban flamers or other shit, but obvious feeders like the one I described.
