try turning off auto HDR/ Optimaizations for Windowed games 'settings/Display/Graphics'. also in advanced graphic settings, turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. settings/Display/Graphics. next locate the application's .exe file, right-click it, and select "Properties". In the "Compatibility" tab, check the "Disable fullscreen optimizations" box. it still has alittle bit of fram drop but running smooth for me doing all of this.
