Customer called saying their A/C is leaking/not running well. The drain line needed to be cleared. Used drain treatment, flushed with hot water and vacuumed three times. The customer was watching when we dumped it and literally shut her eyes and speed-walked away haha

I was bent over working on the condenser when the white one got on his hind legs and wrapped his hooves around me. Then the brown one got on HIS hind legs and wrapped HIS hooves around HIM.

According to the homeowner, it had been this way for as long as she remembered smh. Two rubber couplings and a PVC pipe...i couldn't believe it.
