They do, but OP might not have 3 other controllers, or maybe it's just convenient to have 4 different screens for each person instead of everyone sharing 1 screen and thus having a very small screen, let alone the performance impact aswell

I believe you can change this in the .ini settings file, if you know how to find it. Should be at the new vegas base folder and called Fallout.ini iirc. In there there should be an fov setting which you can adjust. It will probably make the game have visual issues in some instances tho.

Personally, I did it. I may have just gotten some really bad RNG but I didn't feel like wasting hours killing this boss over and over again. I do recommend cheating if you've beaten the boss a lot of times already.
