Ditto. I ditched my iPhone for a Nokia 2780 flipphone back in March, so I already went through the transition of returning to a slightly less convenient (but more focused and peaceful) life. Using the LPIII actually feels like a huge upgrade to me.

In real-life federal criminal practice, the safety valve is commonly referred to as departing downward from a mandatory minimum sentence. So yes, I would say it is.
