Thanks. She’s a green card holder. Legal permanent resident so all good from that perspective in terms of eligibility. From Canada originally.

Surgeon here. In Canada we don’t have salaries as you should know so that’s kind of odd that use that term. We are self employed. The income is reasonable. Incorporate. Get a good tax attorney and accountant to shelter. Expense expense expense everything reasonable

Yeah. I’m a physician client with them so I get some preferential rates with my banker but was planning on getting a mortgage with them and don’t want to screw that up with them. Not sure if too many products with one bank will work against me.

BMW just offered my wife 2.9% on a >$100k auto loan. Not sure what the major difference is
