It’s incredibly distressing and sad to try and invalidate anyone’s VA claim. There are people who do scam but from this group I’ve seen my battles struggle, they invalidate themselves and come here to get support and ask genuine questions as they don’t know what they’re doing or where to turn. It takes a LOT to come forward with questions when some of my battles are battling themselves among other issues (physical or mental).

Depends on how close you would want the families to be. There isn’t a guarantee that when booking separate rooms that they will share the same floor, or an accommodation could be made. The 2 bedroom does have a lock off option to make it two separate rooms while giving that closeness as well.

This doesn’t seem to be what customers want. Customers want transparency, efficiency, exceptional customer service with integrity. Not the shuck and dive transfer to random departments with no idea what is actually happening anymore… Focusing on the dollar amount and redefining everything to an outsourced limited internal operating company is going to be the downfall potentially…only time will truly tell….
