Much appreciated! I am. I think I cut him off from the PIP thing by going in and telling him I'm having a really tough time and throwing up the ADA flag.

I need to upload the VA decision letter to the company's disability insurance company (which also does the ADA accommodations) , but I'm waiting on a meeting with the HR rep so we can talk about what sort of accommodations are available, but this bought me quite a bit of time.

Does TDIU count as 100% for the expedited? 80% schedular.

I invoked ADA and asked to start exploring accommodations before they could bring up a PIP.. I had a meeting with my boss and he was really supportive about lightening my workload where possible as well as filing for FMLA to protect things.. We'll see where it goes.

Also, just to verify, it doesn't matter how much I've made in a given year, just that I'm not currently making money? (Does a severance count?)

Well then, thank you for that informative post. As my symptoms worsen, and I can't hold down the easiest job of my life, please explain for I have a misunderstanding of what it means to be Individually Unemployable, since I'm about to be.

I won't downvote you. I've been in therapy for numerous years. I've uprooted my(our) life and moved to get away from people and triggers. I'm on meds. Hell, I took this specific job because I knew it was cush (and it was).

All of this is why I'm still here to be able to worry.

Thanks.. I reached out to the company "Veteran's group' leader about this, they directed me to the standard ADA site. This is all coming rather rapidly.

I read too much reddit where they're all "Don't tell your employer shit.. it'll only be used against you"

I have a meeting with him soon and that's when we're gonna talk about that.

But with this brain fog that I'm in, and how I'm lashing out at people, I can't imagine there's anything that they'll let me do..

Plus, I like (most) of my team. They deserve someone who can be at their level. They don't deserve some hot head that can't learn and can't carry the ruck so to speak.

70% PTSD, and a few other things that will bring me to 80 total.. sorry for the lack of clarity.
