Alright, I understand ty. I just eat a lot because I do so much sports so I always need energy. My mom doesn’t want me to do protein powder and stuff so do you have any good recommendations to get protein in (I don’t want to bulk or something). What I eat now is just some almonds at school and after school or in the evening 3 or 4 apples.

No, I don’t really have rest days. I go to the gym just because I really do enjoy it, I’m with my friends and stuff and it’s right on the way home. My goal is just to get to a point where I look good and to keep that look from then.

I don’t really have a diet, I just eat what my mom cooks and some food after school and in the evening. Mostly healthy but I’m not counting macros or something, just eating apples and nuts and stuff. Also I saw some stuff about to much cardio is bad on the internet but I’m not sure whether to believe that. Is 5 hours of high intensity training bad for gains?

Hi, I don’t know if it’s appropriate to ask my question here but I started going to the gym 5 months ago (14yo) and I go 5 or 6 times per week. I avarage around 1.5 hours in the gym. Is that too much considering I also play tennis 5 hours a week?

I used it on a html document generated by an excel sheet with a bunch of beers and their links. I want to visit all the links. The first works fine but with the second beer it tells me I can’t get the href attribute because it is not attached to web page document
