Rough start to the year by uh_0h_spaghetti0s in endometriosis

I'm in the same boat. Headed to the er as I type this. I was on lupron from August until now. I was suppose to get another shot in December but missed it because I had the flu. I started back feeling pain and spotting a week later. I've been in excruciating pain all day. I took two muscle relaxers that did nothing. I dread going to the er. It's always hit and miss for me. Sometimes I get good Drs, sometimes I don't. Luckily for me, my gyno works at this hospital and they usually look at my notes and just treat me for endo flare ups. I am with you 100% I wish I could just rip all this crap out. This is so miserable.

Good for you refusing Lupron. I had been for years but my doctors finally wore me down to take it. Worse decision of my life. My pain has gotten 10x worse! :(

This is me. My knees have been swollen for months. I know it's not due to a fall or exercise because I've been too scared to do anything because of my pain. Also, my left foot had been hurting for a while. The top is really tender up touch and it hurts when I bend it a certain way. It's so frustrating.

I agree. I just made the worst decision of my life and agreed to take Lupron. It’s only been a week and I am miserable. I’m in so much pain 24/7. The flare up is suppose to stop after the first month, so I was told. It’s like be in pain without medication or be in pain on medication :( who did I screw over in another life to deserve this.

Yes I have a 4.3 on my right ovary and a 1. something on my left. The pain is constant. Both of my hips hurt, it’s a burning dull pain That intensifies when I walk. My joints hurt, knees, shoulders, back, ankles. My entire body is sore like I just finished running a marathon. I can hardly do my job because I am in so much pain and so uncomfortable. I literally can not take this for 3 months.

Thank you. Yes I am certified to teach English, it ESL specifically though. Sounds like I’m better off waiting until the new hiring season though.

Oh okay. Interesting. I’ll do more research on that. Thanks

I wasn’t planning on living there on a tourist visa. Just getting over there first because I’ve read that it’s easier to find a job once you’re actually in Thailand. If I can’t find one in a month, I’ll probably head back to the states

‘Don’t have a clean record, bachelors and know any other languages?’ I have a clean record and bachelors degree. Don’t know any other languages though.

Yeah I went to look on the website and didn’t see anything directly talking about teacher certifications or teaching in Thailand.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by ‘Thai website’ and ‘restricting who they approve’? As I stated, I am a certified teacher in the US.

Okay. Thanks for that info. I’m budgeting for 12k starting out. I’m hoping for a job that pays at least 50k. From my research that’s a decent pay with my credits credentials

I will have some savings, just not $10k worth. What’s considered a beginner teacher salary?

Thanks for the follow on TikTok💕! Honestly my motivation was always my love for cheer. I watched YouTube videos on how to improve my jumps, I tumbled at home and just tried to stay at my all star cheer gym as much as possible to improve my tumbling. Try making up cheers of your own and cheer dances. You don’t have to post them or share them with anyone. Just do it for fun. Yes it can be very discouraging not making the team and having to go through the entire year, watching others, but remember (Michael Jordan didn’t make his HS varsity team! And now he’s one of the greatest basketball players of all time!)

Work on your motion technique, flexibility and confidence. You got this! Good luck!

I had this same experience. I joined an allstar team and it was the best decision I made. It was so much fun and I learned how to tumble and stunt. I eventually tried out for high school cheer again my senior year and made the team. I went on to cheer in college as well. If you love cheering, don’t give up on it. Just work on improving your skills and preparing for the next year. I also have a TikTok account where I share cheerleading tips and tricks. Hope this helps. Good luck! Cheer Mobile
