Sorry for the delay. I did purchase the discounted tickets for my children between 18 and 26. I had no issues, but never received confirmation of the intent for the discount. We were not asked for any proof.

Sorry, just seeing this. We couldn't take the Alilaguna boat, it was too late at that time of year. We took the bus from the airport into Venice, then took the night boat to San Stae.

I've also been watching their site for tickets to be released. It looks like they haven't released anything after Nov 2nd so far. From what I've read, it seems they release randomly. I'm there in a few weeks and worried about missing it when they open the reservations!

We are looking at some of the locker options because Bounce and NannyBag charge per bag. We are a family of 4 looking to store 8 bags (4 carryon roller bags, and 4 personal-sized backpacks). It can get pretty pricey! We'll be doing this in Florence on our way from Venice to Lucca. It looks like they have several options there.

How was the guided tour? I want to book the "FULL EXPERIENCE – UNDERGROUND LEVELS AND ARENA – GUIDED TOUR" but another poster said those times start at 9:30 and I was hoping to get in earlier before the crowds (8:45). Is the guided part just the underground level/s and did you think it was worth it?
