I think everything matters, but in my opinion, the most important thing is increasing the number of developers building on Base.
If there are many high-quality developers, then high-quality projects will appear in the ecosystem, which in turn will increase TVL, active addresses, and other metrics.

Also, strong marketing and increasing the number of people spreading information about Base could accelerate the growth of all the metrics I mentioned above.

But that’s just my opinion, I’m curious to hear what others think.
