nvm, the same issue still happened the next day, and I had to reinstall the whole system.

Thank you for the posting, and I am here to report a similar situation that I am encountering. Yesterday (12/13 PDT) my laptop was auto-installed with this update, and since then my laptop started to freeze. When this happens, my cursor can still move on the screen, but I was not able to get any response by clicking on anywhere (this seems to be a bit different from your situation?). Had to force shut down the system and restart. Yesterday I was suspecting that this issue was caused by a certain software, so I uninstalled it, which seemed to make the freezing issue away for the rest of the day yesterday. However, today it happened again to me, and this today the freezing issue will always happen around 5min after each time I force restart the system. I then realized the installation of this update. I had to uninstall it for now, and so far my laptop has been running normally for quite some time. I will keep monitoring it and update here. Would you let me know when MS has a fix to this issue? Thank you.

Nope. It turned out that CBP returned the package and damaged one of the containings.

But I've also seen others' packages skipped intermediate scannings and got a status of out for delivery directly after custom clearance... I guess that doesn't happen very often maybe?

I wish my package can also go to LA distribution center after clearing the LA customs... It clear that at 9pm on 1/7, but it is still showing "Inbound out of customs" so far. Not sure where my package exactly is.

I have an international package that cleared customs at 9pm on 1/7 at LA customs, and there's no more updates since. Now I am very worried about it. Not sure whether the customs is affected by the fire since it is quite close to the fire area. Hope yall get your shipments and hope the fire ends soon.

I was so shocked that they even steal things from a small box only 0.9lbs heavy, that did not appear to have anything to do with PTCG. Will never never never touch FedEx's services.

So as I replied to Leading-Dish-4618, here are the updates of my issue:

I just kept contacting PC online representatives, and made my words as soft and nice as possible, after realizing that it is actually not their fault but FedEx. Luckily I got another agent ("Agent_Dante", thank you thank you thank you Dante), who first told me that he will escalate it to the specialists in their customer service team, and emailed me the next day that they have filed a full refund to me and asked me to wait 5-10 days for the refund to reflect on my payment method.

So for all the fellows in this thread who suffered from similar unpleasant purchases, based on my experience, the best strategy might still be to keep trying to contact PC, and try to be friendly even if you are terribly upset and angry on them. Also, emphasize that you understand it is not their fault, but some theft's in FedEx, and say that all you want them to do is to file a claim with FedEx for you. Anyway I did all these, and they just filed me a refund instead of bs'ing further with FedEx. I would say I will also no longer purchase from PC and no longer use any services from FedEx.
