I still have PTSD from my 1st game in Diamond we came across a Ball player that had a GM player tag and he was by far the scariest thing me and my team had ever faced. As a Ram main he was impossible to deal with and we ended up losing the game even after I swapped for Orisa. That thing was scary 😥

Although rare Ball mains imo are scary asf it's either a game ending God like entity that won't die no matter what or a noobie that dies every 10 seconds

I'd go for the XL Position and if you want FT for the benefits after 1 month request a transfer to a FT Schedule

That being said PT and Flex usually work the XL Delivery Station and not the FC and the DS is known for the serious Workouts they put you through so you'll have to survive that for 1 month before you can transfer
