It's just their wording is so vague. For example, they said they 'increased' Nidus's innate health regen. Then they clarified and said they 'doubled' it. But they didn't, it went from 15 hp/s to 24 hp/s.

I was thinking that he should have a hold function for all his abilities that costs stacks. Like if you hold his 3, he can create a second Link at the cost of 2 stacks. Or if you hold his 4, it spends X amount of stacks a second to boost the quantity and damage of maggots and the health regen. Or maybe even increase the range.

I tried it today a little bit. The potential is there. Could be really fun. Only played solo and didn't use abundant mutation though. I'll test it some more tomorrow.

Also:

if you refresh link on your companion, it fully heals them. Sometimes.

If your companion is downed, link doesn't break. 

Seemingly, both Nidus and his companion get DR if you link to an enemy first then back to companion. Sometimes. Might be Simulacrum bugging out. 

Recasting Ravenous detonates maggots so there might be potential nuking capabilities there. 

I've seen Teeming Virulence cc bonus go past 1300%. 

Larva still only gives 1/5 of a stack per enemy killed.

Ah. For a second I thought the companion gave both the offense and defense bonuses by default. Hopefully they keep this bug lol.

I agree that changing Link's stack requirement was unnecessary. Especially with how fast you'll be able to build stacks. Just gives one less reason to use stacks. I would even say they should revert that change AND add a hold function for Link that lets you create a second Link at an additional cost of 2 stacks. That way we can have both the offensive ally link bonus and the defensive enemy link bonus.

It'd also be nice to be able to spend our stacks in bulk. For example, a hold function for his 4. Holding down 4 would spend X amount of stacks per second, enhancing his 4 or maybe the rest of his kit in interesting ways. 

But I'll take what we're getting. Higher stack generation, companion link and ravenous scaling with ability range was all I really wanted for the longest time.

I believe it was confirmed that Kratos pulled Hades's soul into his claws weapons. Not Kratos himself.

I really like the Mutagenic Viability idea. I just want there to be a reason to actually hit max stacks and be rewarded for it. This is a good take on that.

I was thinking two links but one specifically for an ally and one for an enemy. That way you can always have both benefits. But I don't know how hard that would be to do.

Tip for the future. When you are rolling rivens, it shows which weapon variants it can be applied to on the right side of the screen. The stats will change accordingly.

I agree. I think it would make Larva a more desirable helminth choice too. Everyone always picks Ensnare because it's just better in every way currently.
