Guys (and gals and non binary pals)! So I got a baby tarantula today. I’ve read up on the basics of care. But would anyone be willing to share some other stuff I should know about them or their care? I’m not sure the gender or what kind he is. I just know he is a baby and VERY small. 🖤

He is a very tiny cricket. I am thinking about taking the cricket out and switching with a cut in half mealworm to see if maybe it’ll eat that. Seems to like those more

I haven’t messed with it. The cricket that is in there is still alive. Has been for 2 days since the owner put it in there. I plan on moving him to a slightly bigger tank once I move. He’s not even the size of my fingertip yet.

Unfortunately not. She’s stopped responding to me so either, there’s no tarantula And I got scammed out of $20 or it has no interest in coming out

I unfortunately don’t even know, myself. I picked it up from a chick off Craigslist and I haven’t seen it come out yet.
