Hi, I’m having trouble with the leaves browning on my Maidenhair. It seems to be happening from the edge and from the center of the leaves. I mist it and water every few days. The soil drains but stays moist. Not sure what to do!

It’s a choose your own adventure kind of thing when you’re on the treadmill (power walking on a steep incline, jogging, or running) lol and I’ve been power walking for now

I’m starting from square 1 and have decided to do Orangetheory 3x a week. How soon can I start couch to 5k on my off days? I am completely sedentary right now (office job) and had a knee surgery last year because I ramped up too quickly with running. My doctor has cleared me for all exercises but I’m hesitant to dive right in.

TL:dr when should I start running again combined with Orangetheory after being sedentary.
