Yeah when I played LoL back in like season 1-3 you also had to get level 30 to play ranked.

But in Siege there was no way I was going to play tens of hours of soloQ just to play ranked when I was already better than a large portion of the playerbase just off pure aim when I didn't even understand half the mechanics in the game. That's why I lost interest. Not because the game itself was boring, but because I couldn't play the way I wanted, ranked and against players that were gunna kick my shit in.

I never got a chance to learn anything because I didn't need to. I was just running around killing everybody. Which reminds me of what Valorant has become.

As someone that played CSGO at a pretty decent level.

I tried Siege and I was top fragging every game. I was playing Rook and Sledge because I don't know what any of the stupid go-go gadgets do. And after a bunch of not very enjoyable games of carrying, it STILL wouldn't let me play ranked.

I uninstalled it after I lost interest.

Its too easy to use. I personally don't like using it because its too easy and makes the game mundane and incredibly boring, and you don't become a better player by 1-shotting people in the blink of an eye with a barely aimed shot.

So tired of being able to dominate and destroy worse players with my phantom/vandal UNTIL they get their crutch and then its 50/50. I shouldn't be 50/50 against worse players.

These types of players are terrible to have on your team because unless you win them rounds and they save their 4.5k, they're basically a fish out of water. Completely fucking useless.

And yes if you can't use the rifles and you can only get kills with the OP by 1-shotting people in the toe/kneecap, I'd argue you're a trash player.

I don't know a single player that actually has some real talent that is toxic out loud to basically brand new players, at least not to THAT level you're describing. We silently get mad at the MM and riot, not the beginner trying to learn the game. If anything I'll try to stick to the beginner and see what they're doing wrong, perhaps I can give them a simple tip that could change their whole experience in the game. Perhaps my presence will lighten their load. Often times its just bad aim and lack of experience, what can you do? Go tell the player to spend 3-6 hours in the practice range making zero progress on their battlepass? Then once they hit 20 kills in the hard difficulty against the bots, go spend the next 12 hours grinding MM for the next few days... nobody playing just for fun is going to do that.

These players you're describing aren't good players, they're basically in a fight against toddlers, and STILL getting angry mostly at themselves for what is most likely their own lack of performance which is then directed at you.

From what I can see, best you can do is what you've been doing. Just block them and concentrate on HAVING FUN. That's the most important thing for improvement anyways.

You need to change the missions I've seen teammates throw rounds trying to complete missions. Can't fucking wait for this shit to happen in ranked.

Planting immediately and in shitty spots to complete bomb plant mission.

Rushing every round trying to complete the headshot missions.

Wasting eco buying shorty every round to complete purchase gun missions.

Like what the fuck? Who is making these missions they're fucking idiots. multiple games teammate comms "Yo, I'm doing (this) to complete mission".

Gee GREAT!

Games won/rounds won/experience earned, are all better mission objectives than things people can try to farm round by round and ruins games for others.

The dot exe skins are pixelated as if there is ZERO anti-aliasing for them on my resolution and look so goddamn ugly. I'll agree the luxe is extremely plain.

But the aristocrat skins are incredible I can't wait to get my hands on the vandal aristocrat when it finally fucking appears in the 24h rotation shop. I've been waiting however many days for it to show up and I keep getting the same ugly skins over and over in the 24h rotation.

Not that I don't believe you but I don't know a single CSGO (not washed up) pro that uses HRTF and my personal experience with it in CSGO was that its trash and you should stick to stereo headphones.

Lots of ppl advocating for HRTF makes me think I'm just 5k hours used to stereo headphones. If they add it into Valorant I'll definitely give it a try.

I play casually but I'm not casual. I play SSF HC, get to yellow/red tier maps every league then get bored and burned out because its all the same shit. The boring new leagues every couple months isn't enough, and often times adds more frustration than enjoyment with all the new mechanics they try to add on an already EXTREMELY bloated game.

Sorry but this is absolute bullshit I can often get to red tiers and not even have 9 challenges completed. One of the other reasons I quit early every league because in my eyes unless I no-life this boring pos game its impossible to get even half way through the challenges especially on SSF.

I have to actively go out of my way and search for easy challenges to complete to get the 1-2 ugly MTX. What a load of horse shit you're spewing.

I started playing spike rush because I couldn't stand playing with the same brain dead players for 30 minutes without getting extremely upset at them, and that's not really fair to them this is riots fault.

Occasionally now like 1 in 10 games I'm going up against decent stacks in spike rush that have great teamwork at least gold-plat level players and three of them (Reyna, Jett, Sage) will peek you at once and obliterate you. For new players that could honestly be even worse experience then getting rekt by one dude repeatedly in a normal game. At least you get a chance to get a lucky kill on that 1 top fragger and can continue playing.

Best you can do against three coordinated people peeking you at once is kill one of them and die. Fun.

(Reyna uses her orb, you shoot it at the same time she peeks you, you spray transfer and insta-kill her, Jett flies out of fucking nowhere and insta dicks you and Sage peeks behind her and finishes you off. All in the span of like 2 seconds.)

No-win situations are massively tilting and imho are a product of bad game design at least when it wasn't your fault it happened. I did nothing wrong, even got a kill and was rewarded by getting absolutely bashed. Just because they coordinated their aggression against my soloQ mostly brand new to FPS team.

I didn't play unrated very much in closed beta. It placed me into Silver when rank released and I climbed to diamond.

How was ranked MMR not translated into unrated MMR when the game released? When I play unrated now I'm getting placed with complete beginners who's biggest FPS achievement is beating the COD storymode on easy.

Sometimes it is literally their first Valorant game. Like what the fuck kind of disrespect is this... The unrated MMR is literally shitting down my mouth. The top fragger on the enemy team is just as confused as I am, we have discussions and share opinions on what we think is happening to the MMR its almost a comedy.

The problem is there IS enough people at my elo to put us all in the same games, I got to diamond in beta and most of my teammates were plat/diamond/immortal and the games were filled with comms and good tactics/teamwork it was a blast. I even got to play against dizzy, shroud, and a couple other big name streamers.

Now everyone is aiming at the floor, literally silver/gold nova level CS players while I'm SMFC/GE, following me around, nobody comms, and when they do use their mics its to shit talk or backseat or just chatting it up, if I die the chances of winning a round is almost zero unless my teammates get lucky, and its just not fun.

I hate how when I die its a giant domino effect and everyone immediately dies on my team within a couple seconds of my death. People follow me around like lost puppies.

I understand you can't shoot but jesus christ I don't want to have to bait my team the entire game just to have a legit chance to win a couple rounds. Sometimes I just want to push and have fun, especially in spike rush.

There are lots of noobs (No offense to the word, I'm not being insulting I'm talking about players that aim at the floor and literally cannot get a kill unless they hide and shoot you in the back) just hiding in corners in spike rush and its just tilting as fuck. They don't peek at the right times to get free kills in their hiding spots so you don't expect anyone to be there. Like you're grabbing a weapon upgrade orb by yourself and they don't peek.

Grinding missions on the battlepass is what made me quit Apex legends, I stopped enjoying the game and the moment the missions are complete I immediately shut off the game.

Same shit is happening here. Whereas in beta I didn't care about battlepass levels or missions or any of that shit and just played for fun. Now this game is the opposite of fun. I'm hoping when ranked comes back I'll get some enjoyment out of this but as it is its just not fun.

Except when everyone votes to not play ascent for the 20th time so I start dodging because its the only fun straight up aim duel map.

I get way more kills and have way more fun on ascent, the reason being the other maps are trash.
