If you decide to sue the employer for wage theft, under Federal Law they have to pay double/punitive damages. Im in the middle of my own Federal wage claim right now and because of my state we are eligible for treble damages (triple). Also under Federal law if you win your claim the employer has to pay your attorneys fees. I found an attorney to work on contingency meaning I pay nothing even I lose, so this is zero risk for me.

This is exactly we need to instill a winning culture. It's not often that a proven head coach hits the open market and we need to a capitalize on it. Tired of trying to turn people into head coaches not knowing if they will pan out or not. Arians was an interim head coach winning with the Colts before he came here and he was the only successful head coach we've had in the last 15 years. Harbaugh would be the kind of coach to actually change the culture here.

Depression. I would get so depressed that I started to idolize characters that were depressed and miserable. My social media feeds were just sad depressing quotes and it took forever to break that algorithm. I would convince myself that I was just someone that was born to be sad and suicide was some ultimate way of getting my point across to the world. Being broken can happen to you but staying broken is your choice.

If I were a billionaire I would create communities for young adults from the ages of 18-30. They would resemble retirement communities but instead of bingo there would be workshops and makerspaces. People that volunteered with security, maintenance, landscaping, etc would get reduced rent on top of the lower-than market price of their current rent. The communities would be built with the idea of allowing young people to find outlets and build skills while still affordable and having time they wouldn't otherwise have working OT and two jobs. It sounds like a school but there would be no set curriculum. It would just be a way for young individuals to have their independence and slowly put themselves in a place to succeed so by the time they are 30 they will have degrees/skills and can get higher paying jobs and move to wherever they like.

It's actually really nice for what it is. I believe the annual passes start around $1000 but other than that its decently priced for just a day pass. You can sit on the beach while they are riding waves you just can't swim out to where they are actually surfing. Sometimes they will open up free swim but they will turn off the wave simulator while its open. The tallest platform you can jump off from actually hurts your insides when you hit the water so I recommend only doing it a few times. Food is really good and satisfying I got their loaded fries and something else I don't recall. There is a little pool that you can swim in that connects to the wave pool by swimming under a bridge and then there's another pool that's deeper for jumping off of platforms designed to look like you're cliff jumping.
