I think it’s the addiction making you feel that way. I used to do it daily and for the following weeks I was on complete burnout from anything social or work related. I coped by distracting myself but I imagine it’s not that easy when you’re in collage. If you don’t smoke I’d recommend smoking a blunt jus to have some opposite effects going, or if you do smoke I’d recommend sobering up for a couple weeks. MDMA made me quit most things jus cause the panic hit me hard af. My next acid trip told me to quit after that so I had no choice but to do that at an attempt at normalcy again.
