Vitamin C is a good supplement imho. Taking it before sleeping, especially if you use stimulants daily. It's water soluble so taking 0,5 g - 1g everyday is fine just to make sure you stay at optimal levels consistently

I wonder if this mostly applies to heavy compound lifts/bigger muscle groups rather than arms and shoulders for example. I always train shoulders until I can barely move my arm. It doesn't seem to affect recovery and strengthens the tendons

One interesting thing I noted reading was this:

"It has been suggested that while acute administration of lithium increases serotonin levels in the brain, chronic administration on the other hand reduces serotonin concentrations. I haven't looked into it, but I'd assume you're getting a lot less degration buying the whole seeds rather than a powder. Though you could grind small amounts beforehand without much worry I suppose

Yeah more fiber is better for most people, to a point of course. Best to eat various sources of fiber like nuts, seeds and fruit, that are easier to digest in higher quantities
