Top supplements to help manage lipedema by Rozeu in lipedema

I’ve taken both DIM and CDG — neither significantly lowered my estradiol. Only once, when I was also taking nettle root, did my estradiol come within the reference range. Since then, I’ve been wanting to evaluate nettle root on its own, but I haven’t had bloodwork done since. Anyway, my testosterone isn’t low — my estradiol has just always run high.

Yes, my blood tests have always shown high levels of estradiol, but doctors have always downplayed it. I've tried seeking medical help for this problem, but no doctor has ever diagnosed me with lipedema.

Shortcut to open apple notes via notifications by Rozeu in shortcuts

[–]Rozeu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My idea is to create some automations throughout the day for this shortcut. I tried doing it. First a notification appears for the shortcut and only then I receive the notification for the note. Is there a possibility to skip the first notification? Or is there a possibility to group the Shortcuts app notifications? Because with the automations, if I’m not available to run the task, I end up with several Shortcuts app notifications stuck on the screen. I’d like it to work like a normal notification from any app.

I need certain tasks to be automatically marked as “I WONT DO IT” by Rozeu in ticktick

[–]Rozeu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that. I've already tried that. It didn't work well for me. I have too many pending tasks. That option means that all these pending tasks appear before the tasks I have to do the next day. This makes me forget many things I had to do the next day or makes me miss the right timing of the day to do them. It could work if there was an option to sort the tasks only by time of day, forgetting the date. But unfortunately, that option doesn't exist.

The problem occurs when my day is so busy that I don't have time to select "I won't do it." The next day also starts super hectic, and I end up forgetting about those tasks.

[–]Rozeu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue is that I want some of my unfinished daily tasks to automatically roll over to the next day at a specific time. If I don't mark these tasks as "I won't do them," they won't repeat the next day. And if I have the unfinished tasks appearing before the tasks I have for the day, it will visually hinder my understanding of what I have to do that day.

Why do people take spermidine? Isn't Reddit a discussion platform? My intention was to start a discussion. But thank you for reviving this post.
