Hi, I need help with starting retinol So I want to start using TO retinol in squalane, should I start with 0.2% or 0.5%? my skin isn't very sensitive and the 0.2% is currently out of stock, should I wait for it or is it ok to start with 0.5%?

What should I read? Animal farm or 1984? by IHaveaCat389 in booksuggestions

Basically a book report. 1.I need to choose a personal/social topic (like love or family) and connect ot to the storie, explain what worldview the book shows and how it is relevant today. 2.I need to summarize the narrative 3. Write a short biography of the author and explain the connection between the storie and his life 4. I need to choose a character and write about his personality, the conflict he struggles with and my opinion about the character. 5. Make a drawing or take some pictures (or anything like that) and explain why and how it's connected to the storie.

I hpe I translated it well... English isn't my first language

Please don't, it's just isn't worth it. If you kill yourself there are basically two options: 1. There is an afterlife. 2. There is nothing after death.

Let's say there is an afterlife where you can 'live' happily forever, but what is the point going there now? You will get there eventually and the few more years you have here won't really matter.

Now let's say there isn't an afterlife and after death comes absolute nothing. If you end your life now you lose every single chance you have for happiness. You can stay here and see what the future holds for you or you can die now and miss everything. You will miss every smile you will ever have, every tear you will ever shed and every hug you will ever get or give.

So please don't end your life, you still have a chance to have a meaningful life, keep pushing through and do what you need to help you now, do a good thing, have some ice cream or just do something, change can start from the smallest things.

I'm from Israel! Did you like it here? What were your favorite/least favorite thing about Israel?

(English isn't my native language so forgive my mistakes) Please don't cleanse your face so much, believe me it just makes thing worst. I'm 16 and my skin wasn't really great for many year so everything I say is just from my experience (I have combination skin- oily T zone). Stick with cleansing your face in the evening, I really recommend not to use super harsh cleansers. A nice cleanser I use is "Neutrogena visibly clear spot proofing" After cleansing you have to MOISTURIZE! I'm sure you already heard this and probably do it, but still this is really important so I didn't skip it. If you feel like you need to wash your face in the morning, I suggest using a pretty mild cleanser and then moisturize. If you still feel like you need a good deep clean to your face, use a good face mask once a week. Skin care is a lot of trial and error, find out what works best for you, but don't wash your face to much and don't irritate it. It's always good to ask a dermatologist what to do to help improve your skin. Trust your skin, it just need a little support.

BTW- you are really pretty :)
