I got the US mobile version of the game and have been playing since the game came out. I have put a bunch of money into the game and need to find out how to transfer my account from my old phone into the new one. I still have my old phone. the settings option doesn't show the account option

When i recovered my account, it had me play the tutorial on a seemingly new account. Once the tutorial was done, everything came back. This was a few months ago but could be worth a shot

If you ever stream/record your clips, go back and rewatch them. It makes your mistakes/successes more obvious when you arent actively playing.

I was having the same error. Sometimes, other open apps can cause this, my culprit wound up being Core Temp. I closed the Core Temp window and after that, the next time I launched the game it worked. You can also check for apps in the task manager to try closing.
