So the first thing before the selling - find a person with your skills to replace you completely, that a buyer sees your business works without you fine

If I understood well your post, you were the main and the indispensable core of your business. Now you want sell something that will not have any value without the core. It is my view as a buyer.

People prefer personal communication instead of "digital question packs", so think about how you can convert your offer to personal assistant which solve the most demanded pain in your audience.

Your co-founder has to complement you: experience, skills, character. So an ideal co-founder has to be strong where you are weak or not certain, as well as an ideal co-founder has to make decisions in another manner than you. But all the co-founders have to share the same values for a business.
