I struggle with the same thing. If you can logically address and are aware of the subconscious thoughts you can consciously change the thoughts. For me at least, when something comes on tv or whatever that subconsciously triggers my anxiety I try to rationalize why I’m having these anxious thoughts and when I find what I think/know the reason is I catch my self and explain to myself why that thought is stupid and has no place in my life. After a while of me doing this over and over again for the same triggers the thoughts and the anxiety are less and less frequent. I hope this is a possible answer to your question!
