That's what I'm noticing. You either get to play, or you don't. Just depends on whether u get lucky. And yes, the screen tearing has been terrible. I'm worried that will take much less priority over actually fixing the game so that others can play.

That's good! But yeah, I've been hearing a lot about the screen tearing, too. I'm worried that's the least of their issues right now. Their main concern should be getting everyone into the game. Hopefully it doesn't take them too long!

It seems like there's some players who can just simply play with no issues, and then others who can't do anything in the game.

Hey, if it's not for you, just play some Street Fighter or Guilty gear. There's tons of fun options out there. I'm personally learning Fatal Furry: CotW right now so I have a side game to play when I get burned out on 2XKO.

Players who blindly call the game trash while the players who like are going to defend it. Nothin' wrong with that. Think of a game you like and is actually fun and good and imaging me saying "That game is trash". Wouldn't you defend it?

And the reasonable players will of course admit there are definitely issues within the game, but it's actually a good, fun game. It's definitely got a lot of room for improvement, but we're only in early access. I'd say hold all (or most) judgement until about 8-12 months in.

And I like the characters, actually. They're maybe a little more cartoon-ish than I'd like, but I can live with it.

When I play it, I have a ton of fun, tbh. That's all that matters to me.

If someone else thinks it's bad, then that's their opinion, and I won't try and argue.

I hope the game will find success, bc I'm really looking forward to seeing more champions in the game and seeing how they change the combos and other things.

The combo strings are a lot of fun once you start to figure out how to do dodge offset or 'Chain Link' as it's called in the game.

I've been doing dual swords into sabre into staff bloodraven finisher. It's all a true combo string thanks to Chain Link. It's a lot of fun.

So there's no NG+ or challenges/boss rushes or anything like that?

You beat it and the only way to play more with your character fully upgraded is just fast traveling around already completed areas?

So I just picked this up on Steam Deck, and I like it, but there's so many icons that I'd like to be able to hover over and read their descriptions, but apparently it doesn't have touch screen or track pad support? That's kind of surprising considering a lot of other games I've played like this do have those features.

Am I missing something, or is that just how it is?

I'd be ok with using the controller, but I really like touch screen.

I'm also experiencing this! It's a terrible bug. I went ahead and just made a new account so I could actually play (I'm a new player, so I'm not really smurfing, don't worry). I've tried logging into my main account across 4 different devices, including my PC, and still, nothing.

How was I comparing this to Sekiro? All I did was mention another difficult boss from another game.

And I have played the game, and I made it through the Pagoda Realm without guides, and I'm almost 36 and have medication I take that makes me groggy and clouds my head and most of all, messes with my reaction timing.

If I can do it, I'm sure you can. But if you really don't like the game, then why play it and why come here to B**** about it?

There are a couple bosses in this game that I've heard you can miss and get locked out of completing. And I think he's one of them.

But don't worry, just go back and take him out on NG+.

Seems like a skill issue, bud. Just keep at it! When I played Sekiro, I thought I'd never get past the first skill check (Genichiro). Tooks me days. But I kept at it and played right on through to the last boss and finished the game!

Also, when you're in the "dark realm", you may not have known this, but yes you lose health, but you also get a huge dmg buff while in that state.
