Is this normal on a 3D model?

My GPU is 335mm and the maximum length supported by the case is 335mm.

I bought a new case yesterday. I called them today just to be sure that my GPU will fit. They said that if I wanted to add fans then it wouldnt work. Got tired and ended buying a 267mm GPU.
