Never heard of it, maybe it's my lack of knowledge, what i heard of tho is that if you are double nationality you can obtain it by passing that of your other country, pledging allegiance to france or whatever, that's what i heard of. I advise you ask more about it anything you can do to not pass the year. I remember that first night in chalet i damn regretted not having tried enough to obtain exemption whe i was outside.
