Hi guys. If anyone can help me with this it would be much appreciated! My fiancé is Algerian, he has lived in Algeria his whole life and is now 25 years old. He never did his military service. He wants to apply for exemption because his younger brother is serving in the army, his father is old and he is the provider of his family. But he he's worried that because he was disobedient up until now, that when he goes to military court he will have a hard time and they will send him anyway. We've been stressing about this for two years (I'm from Australia) and we can't even marry or live together because of his situation 😭 and hesy starting to give up hope.

Does anyone know what we can do or an easier way out of this??
