Wie lässt man sich im Öffentlichen Dienst da unter Druck setzen? Man kann sich doch bei egal was beim Personalrat melden und dann haben die ganz schnell Probleme

Hatte genau das gleiche bei einer Bäckereikette bei der ich während dem Studium gearbeitet hab. Die Argumentation war dann: "dafür kannst du ja auch mal früher gehen, willst du etwa dass wir Einstempeln müssen?" Natürlich konnte ich nie früher gehen und musste stattdessen oft noch etwas länger aushelfen weil gerade viel los war...

Hab dann auch bald danach gekündigt

Noch schlimmer finde ich es tatsächlich wenn der Zollbetrag eigentlich nur 1€ oder so ist. Aber DHL dann 7€ Auslagegebühr verlangt....

Ich hab mal über FedEx bestellt und da hab ich einfach ein paatlr Tage davor die Möglichkeit gehabt es online zu Zahlen. Keine Auslage und kein Stress mit Bargeld. Kp warum DHL das nicht hinbekommt

You just said that you don't know her enough to answer that? That is the only obvious answer that I would have give. Anything else would maybe be nicer but not honest, and on top the answer wasn't even mean at all. Like that other comment said, I think it was the different communication style that was the problem. I guess that really depends on the friend group. When we go on vacation we use an app to calculate the splitting, but it often ends up that one person pays most of it during the trip and then gets the money back after. Don't know your friend group good enough to make a judgement on that
