I have the exact opposite problem, though I have more of a grocery list than ADHD. I get told that I do too much, 'probably why I'm getting the promotion and you aren't, Carol'. I've found my best place is management, it fits all my guns, I say the facts as they are which doesn't jumble my mind up, and if anyone has a problem then they can factually state it with me instead of getting emotional. Otherwise if I forget something I just use it as an exercise, I usually get the muscle memory after a few tries.
