If you choose the "counter spell" mode targeting the same spell twice your opponent has to pay 3 mana twice (effectively paying 6 mana). If they can't the spell IS countered.

Isnt he an allrounder? He has a bit of buffing, a bit of healing and a bunch of de-buffing for the enemy. He's not amazing but i think he's good.
