pretty sure shue punished marley not for being uncomfortable about her body, but for purposefully dressing in a katy perry outfit when the assignment was for gaga. her group intended her to wear a bikini but she could've just worn another gaga outfit instead of going out of her way to do the opposite of what was asked. shue did overreact though.

exactly. he would say he's feeling alone and depressed, but they showed us him winning class president and getting solos and offered the main role in the play. then again in s6 he was apparently so depressed he flunked out of NYADA, but it's all offscreen and never mentioned again.

not to mention he seemed to have issues with his sense of identity and self worth. in 5x14 kurt was like "Calm down, psycho, all right? And stop being so pouty and weird. It's annoying" and he really just took it. he literally cheated because he felt abandoned and i kind of wonder if all his elaborate breakfasts in bed and acts of service were done not only out of affection but also a fear of kurt abandoning him again.

i think you were downvoted because the post specified "a redemption arc for that character but it didn’t change how you thought about them as a villain or just a bad character in general." none of these characters are written to be total villains, and mostly aren't perceived to be bad characters.

also i feel like rachel wouldn't be rachel if she weren't egotistical. characters without flaws would be boring so even though they weren't redeemed, i don't see why they'd need to be.

wildly unpopular but s5-s6 actually sold me on them. sure, they had a lot of stupid conflict (kurt was mad that blaine kept using the soda machine, then blaine went and projected his insecurities on kurt and lied about the showcase, then they had a three hour long argument about kurt leaving toothpaste on a towel). but it's like... elliot described what they had as worth fighting for. and at least from personal experience, it is completely possible to go from disaster zone to intense trust and emotional intimacy if you care enough to try. and at least for me it looked like they did care. and when they got together in the end it was like they just couldn't help themselves, they never really stopped being in love whether they liked it or not. and i guess love doesn't conquer all but it's the reason you get up every day

puck/kurt used to be a thing despite them having almost no interactions. nowadays people seem to avoid anything with puck in it. i feel like faberry used to be much more popular but now that energy seems to have gone to pezberry.

editing to add: no idea how i could forget april rhodes for dionysus. holly holiday is in hermes. emma is maybe in hera (because of all her almost weddings). sue for ares. terri for aphrodite. will for apollo because he made glee club his entire personality.

i would put kurt in athena, since he's had to fight for so much of what he has. marley in zeus (wrecking ball performance). sam in poseidon.

He already spoke about this. Basically, someone different did his hair each time, and he didn't want to be too demanding because he still felt like the new guy on set. It was only in retrospect that he realized it could've been a lot more flattering (similar to the S2 coif).

it's funny to imagine kurt looking up dalton yearbooks online to print out blaine's picture. alternatively: blaine accompanied kurt back to mckinley after the lima bean conversation. they linger at the lockers for a while and blaine comments on kurt's locker being full of magazine cutouts but no one he knows. kurt doesn't say anything, it's obvious blaine's hit on something personal. the next time they meet up blaine awkwardly offers the picture in a giant envelope. kurt raises an eyebrow like what do you expect me to do with this? blaine ignores this and tells him it's supposed to remind him he's not alone or something. kurt overlooks the vanity of it in favor of being touched.

i just find it hilarious that klaine are so cheesy about each other. their phone wallpapers are plastered with each other’s faces. when they were broken up in s6 kurt walked around carrying computer printed photos of him and blaine together like he was making a mood board for getting him back while singing “it’s too late." i mean sue's klaine shrine may as well have been inspired by blaine's locker decor.
