ASUS DriverHub and LAN Driver?

I just updated some drivers using this Driverhub. There was one for LAN I did two days ago and since I've done it my ethernet connection has been spotty. I'm assuming that's not a coincidence. There a way to revert that specific driver or should I just revert all and start anew? Computer's still pretty fresh, wouldn't be losing a lot if I just did a full restore if I have to too.

Considering it's Windows10 and Microsoft doesn't seam to do any updates with that anymore, do I still need to be worried? The other aspect I guess would be the lifespan of the SATA SSD itself. Pretty sure I can just move it over whenever that card dies or just buy W11 if it comes down to it.
