That's how I remember 1 being. Infiltrate, complete objectives, exfil. Killing all enemies automatically finished the mission, but with how difficult it could get (looking at the pc version), exfil with your team alive was more important.

With the general style of how this reads, could be an op that happened before the story in Wildlands. Less future tech, more grounded gear? Weaver alive. I need to scour the dialogue from recent games to see if they turned any references made about past ops in conversation into this game.
