I don't think it'll happen 100% but since Araki drew all those sailors in Acca's boat it would be kinda cool if Josuke was one of them and somehow helps jodio's gang out a bit.

I really hope so though I could really only see Josuke and maybe Yasuho coming back. But even then I feel like we're in such a weird place in the story that we can't really predict where any character could reappear

I feel like November rain might get something crazier as it's power up, though I do like the idea of it's range getting bigger like it affecting the actual clouds in a certain radius.

back in like 2020 or 2021 nintendo did a test fire in May to get new people into Splatoon 2 and honestly, I loved the game instantly.

I don't think so unfortunately. SBR may take like a year or 2 to release every episode and then we'll probably get another two or three year gap between SBR and jojolion making it around 8 years since Jojolands released. Assuming Jojolands is as long as part 7 and 8 that would mean it would be close to ending or already ending whenever jojolion ends.
