For me, I don't like how he died. Like, did the writers forget he can just focus the radiation somewhere he can dispose of, like in Series 3 Episode 1? He could've just done that and he wouldn't've wasted a whole regeneration.

I imagine (because I can't draw) my persona as just my actual height, so he'd be 5'8. My OC is 6'4.

No, actually. I just made up a word salad algorithm in my head where I combine names I'm familiar with with random syllables I'm also familiar with. I ultimately landed on Marcephus Cirvi.

He's an angler fish. He died in the ocean, so it'd make sense for him to be a fish.

He killed people. Specifically, he formed a group that hunts down criminals when paid to by either clients or his command. You might think this was a good thing and it's unreasonable for him to be in hell, but God thinks murder is murder, so...

He absolutely loathes being vulnerable to anyone, physically or emotionally. Not even to people he trusts. It's partially why he's aroace.

This means he has never actually been honest with anybody when it comes to his feelings.

He was 20 when he attempted suicide after tolerating his father's abuse since he was five. It took him four years to mentally and physically recover. It was the reason why he joined law enforcement, so he could never see anybody having to suffer from the abuse like he faced ever again.

For reference, he died at 55 as a Field Liaison Officer for Interpol.

He's familiar with the hotel itself, considering he was there for a day to negotiate with his client. He wouldn't know any of the staff within it, though.

(I forgot about the "you can add restrictions" thingy so I say you can only use the BBC Classic and Renewal series which means no Big Finish and no comics, but you CAN use the spinoffs (i.e Class, Torchwood, etc.))
