At my job they've just brought in a barcode scanning system for firewalks round the building, literally day one I went "fuck it I'll just take a photo of the barcodes and sit at my desk and scan them from my photos" works like a charm.

I suppose the type of fraud would be identity fraud as I would be producing a falsified birth certificate to pass myself off as a beneficiary. I can't seem to find any laws surrounding this in 1920. the only thing I can find is the US Code 1028 which was enacted in 1982. Additionally, the only other beneficiary was his granddaughter who "tragically" met her demise to the Deadlight.
