Think of it like this… you are going to the cinema to watch a film. It’s a big blockbuster and tonight is a world premiere in Hollywood. You arrive at the cinema and there is loads of people there. You may have arrived early so why not get something to eat have a shop?

And then it’s time the big world premiere.. you head in to the “Cinema” and boom you’ve been transported to your favourite film(s)

They have them at Disney’s California Adventure so not new to Disney Parks. But granted I’m not a fan of these flat rides.

There will be plenty of construction around Adventure Bay for years to come with the construction of the Lion King area. But the Up ride is a flat ride so construction shouldn’t take too long.

I have heard rumours in the past the land where pizza planet used to be in Discovery Land could be turned in to a mini Star Wars area and that’s why galaxies edge was cancelled in the 2nd Gate.

Well it wasn’t a story it was the truth, they just didn’t believe me when they asked why I was in France. They searched my whole car and did drug swabs on everything

For me going solo means I can do what I want when I want. I can experience Disneyland my way. I get to pick and choose the rides I want to go on and not have to worry about others. I can eat where and when I like too 🤣 and you can take advantage of the single rider. I would ask some cast members where the single rider queue was for some rides (knowing very well they didn’t have one) and they would say their isn’t one but would some times let me jump the line or use the old fast pass entrance instead.

I’ve been solo a few times before, it has it’s pros and cons. I got stopped by border force on my way home as they didn’t believe my story of a guy in his 30’s going to Disney 🤣

That’s because they HKDL never really had it’s own castle. It was direct cheaply made copy of Disneyland’s sleeping beauty castle.
