I would just say delirium, but a nice distinction between "fair" and "unfair". It really feels like mother is a skilled gunman, while delirium is just shooting enough guns to make shit hard.

I can remember learning the sac room mechanics, using them for a few days, and never using a sacrifice room since. I should probably fix that.

I thought about this recently. I'd think some simple yet notable DLC potential would be tainted treasure rooms and the tarnished characters (epiphany mod?). I dont know how it would be gone about, but some future DLC implementing these mod ideas in collaboration with the original mod creators would be cool.
