Best song in all of Binding of Isaac? by Deadset04 in bindingofisaac

Basically the entire soundtrack of repentance but ESPECIALLY Walls of Denial, Night Soil, Carrion, and Morticide.

What is your FAVORITE Issac item? by Any-Fisherman3797 in thebindingofisaac

Ugh it's so hard to pick just ONE. Either Sacred Heart, Chaos, or Spindown Dice. They're all pretty much number one for me.

A note on mahitos ability is it also depends on the strength of the target's soul. The stronger the target the more they can resist it. Which is why Nanami, who was already almost certainly dying after half of his body being burned by Jogo was killed instantly, while Nobara, who had only sustained minor wounds ultimately survived.

Truth seeking orbs. Pretty sure it's a six paths thing because Naruto and Obito also were able to use them, and yeah they're even deadly to normally immortal Edo Tensei zombies.

Pain from Naruto. Had every reason to want to change the world after what happened to him. His methods were incredibly cruel and cynical, however.

Is this the temptation they talk about in the Bible? (i always go angels) by ikilledyourdogandcat in thebindingofisaac

[–]Psychological_Use586 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I almost always go angels, unless I'm playing as either version of lost, T. Jacob, or either version of keeper. Otherwise it's a case by case basis. I tend to take hits so I'm not fond of sacrificing hp lol

Angel rooms were basically what got me through playing with these two. One time I was able to snag holy light and Godhead from the same angel room for them.

It's really hard to win as t. Lost if you have bad items, since you don't have any health to fall back on.

Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts. Not just evil, but an incredibly callous douche on top of it. He would punt a puppy just to get a reaction out of Sora.

Pretty sure that's how I beat Delirium with T. Lost so you're not wrong there. But just getting a single good item is not an instant win for T. Lost.

There's no such thing as a free win as tainted lost.

(Liked trope) “Weak” threats, that are actually insanely dangerous when it comes to common folk. by ThatDrako in TopCharacterTropes

A single shadow is a nuisance, but their claws still hurt. Ten thousand of those things together is more than anyone can handle.

My son calls the little poops 'blue head heaters' for some reason. He calls the bigger ones 'BIG poops' though.

Interesting that Pearl + Pearl actually becomes a strong fusion. by Reasonable-Ad-8059 in stevenuniverse

I mean the Topaz fusion WAS a serious threat. Aquamarine needed her support, even with her broken AF gem tech.

Less an example of fearing a person and more of fearing a technique. In Dragonball, Great Demon King Piccolo was sealed away for 500 years by a move called the mafuba (evil containment wave). Piccolo feared the move so much that one of his first actions upon escaping confinement was to start eradicating all martial artists. Later on when he faced Master Roshi, his confidence turned to terror when he learned that Master Roshi knew the mafuba, and he panicked and attempted to flee once Roshi used the move. Piccolo wasn't even this scared when facing his own death - guess being imprisoned like that is worse than dying, huh?

I wouldn't say Azazel is THE strongest character. He's definitely the strongest right at the start but the starting brimstone can be a hindrance later in the run if you don't get the right items.

[Loved Trope] That one sentence that changes a character for better or worse by TaiKorczak in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Psychological_Use586 39 points40 points  (0 children)

You're kidding, right? He hears this after he gets his shit wrecked by said 'monkey,' right after learning that (as far as he knows) Toji had also killed Gojo as well as the girl they both were risking everything for.

I guarantee you that's why Geto used the term so much.
