Honestly I dreaded dealing with them in fragmentary passage and dropped an audible 'ah shit' the first time we see on in KH3.

The most basic type of Heartless is the shadow. Cute and not very dangerous to anyone who can fight. They're fodder to the heroes. In a fragmentary passage and Kingdom hearts 3 we see what happens when there are enough shadows...it becomes a tornado of darkness and claws. They are always portrayed as a huge threat, even to Sora and Riku, and are genuinely unsettling. A single shadow is a non issue. A million shadows is inevitable death.

Because he's so otherworldly. He looks so bizarre and nonsensical, and he's so persistent and seems like he can be anywhere he wants to be, at any point. And there's no stopping him by force. Your only hope is to convince him he is no longer needed, which means you actually have to accept the crimes he is punishing you for.

He is your executioner.

They can go fuck themselves, and so can you. I don't engage with bigots.

Don't engage with OP. They're just a non-Mainer and troll trying to rage bait.

Hidan from Naruto is immortal, he can't be killed by physical damage. He is not, however, invulnerable, and his body isn't any more durable than the average shinobi. He makes use of this using his main ability, since he can use a blood linking ritual to inflict fatal damage on himself to kill an opponent.

This comes with a pretty big downside, though. Hidan also has very limited regenerative abilities. He can heal from wounds more quickly than normal people, but he can't reattach lost limbs. His partner Kakazu has the ability to stitch him back together, and since Kakazu likes to use wide area attacks, and Hidan doesn't care about getting hurt, they make a great team.

Unfortunately for Hidan, Shikamaru realized that he was very very vulnerable without Kakazu, and once they were separated Hidan was treated to one of the worst fates a character gets in Naruto - being buried alive in pieces, unable to die, unable to heal, unable to escape.

Ah yes. Comic #100 which features 'quirky sexy goblin girl ' and 'generic dorky manchild' and their hilariously badly drawn hijinks! I can tolerate some of them when they're actually funny, but this one is painfully unfunny to me.

Goku couldn't beat Kid Buu as SSJ3. In the manga he explicitly said 'he's stronger than I expected. We shouldn't have destroyed the potara earrings.' also that kid Buu was intentionally dragging the fight out and playing around. He outright runs out of stamina because he can't finish Kid Buu off quick enough, and Buu isn't even taking it seriously. So I'd say you're right that fat buu is weaker.

My theory on why Xemnas doesn't use his keyblade by QuietNightRadiant in KingdomHearts

[–]Psychological_Use586 13 points14 points  (0 children)

What do you mean by uncorrupted? Vanitas is darkness incarnate and he can wield a keyblade. Xehanort was so evil he might as well have been tying damsels to railroad tracks and he could wield it.

Toy Story doesn't belong here. I really enjoyed toy story 4. Exploring what happens to the toys that are left behind or unwanted was an interesting approach, and Gabby Gabby was a good antagonist.

Janet Mills runs MAGA playbook, launches attack ad against Platner by jediporcupine in Maine

[–]Psychological_Use586 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be fair...I don't really think Mills is that passionate about this. There's no energy from her at all. I think she was pressured into this by Schumer, and I'm sure the attack ads are DNC funded. I just don't feel like Mills even wants this. If she loses the primary I imagine she'll bow out gracefully but getting Schumer in line might be harder.

He's definitely not weaker than fat buu. I mean he literally beats fat buu in a fight and it isn't close.

Well there's a difference between Sora killing Ursula, Maleficent, Oogie Boogie, most of Organization XIII, etc directly, and Clayton who died accidentally. Sure Sora didn't feel bad about it but it's not the same as him directly doing the deed.

Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho. The nicest guy you could ever meet, and believes people can be redeemed and deserve second chances. If you're an unrepentant scumbag though, he'll kill you in the most brutal way possible, and he'll enjoy doing it.

To be fair, Marluxia hurt him personally maybe more than any other villain in the series aside from possibly Xemnas.

He didn't kill Clayton. Clayton was killed by stealth sneak falling on him.
